We started in Helsinki in 2014 as a Nordic design and AI platform provider. Ten years of banks, insurers, telcos, retailers and governments later, we are bringing everything we built together as stagemachine.ai: sovereign AI for regulated industries.

A flood and drought prediction platform combining IoT, analytics and decision support.

Payments for banks and retailers
Card issuance, POS, payment apps, e-money, closed loop, P2P and fund management for Tesco Lotus, BNP Paribas, TMB, Krungthai, Fashion Island and e5.

Revolutionary Fintech of the Year
P3 Financial Group named the most revolutionary fintech of the year, and a winner of two categories in the Worldline E-Payments Challenge.

Complete platforms for banking, trade, insurance and commerce
Soneri Bank, PMEX, Jubilee Insurance and Zapp.
- 2021
Commerce, subscriptions and payments in Europe and Japan
Nokia Arena, Swisscom and Koshimizu. The same year, we became Soneri Bank's exclusive attached fintech and AI lab partner.

Hasan Malik
Founder & CEO · Helsinki
Hasan Malik is the founder and CEO of stagemachine.ai. He is a Helsinki-based business leader with over 27 years of global business development experience in the telecom and IT sectors across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Before founding the company he held executive roles at British Telecom, HPE and AGT in go-to-market and vertical industry solutions. He has created fintech and insurtech companies in Finland, with a past exit in cloud services.
Hasan has been a panellist at the World Fintech Festival 2020 and a keynote speaker at the ESA European Space Week.
