What we collect

When you use the demo or contact form, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, country, industry, product interest and your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver and secure the site.

Why and on what basis

• To answer your request and arrange a demo (steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not a third party.

Processors and transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also processes form submissions on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email contact@p3.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
